Perfect for our group of 12 and the kids got to see bears ❤️. If you plan on swimming, plan ahead— you’ll need a code for the pool and was told the office can be hard to get in touch with. Thankfully, another family shared their code.

Hands down the best hidden gem at Dewey Beach! Walk to everything with great bay views. Sand pit and super friendly owners at the condo. Dog friendly place with all of the amenities you can think of within a few minutes walk. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great and relaxing weekend!

My wife, golden doodle and I stayed at Gerhard’s during our recent stay at Dewey Beach. The place was amazing! Beautifully located near the beach, it was a quick walk to the ocean and the restaurants/ bars. The condo itself is right on the Bay, and has a beautiful view from the living room. We spent time reading in the sand right at the condo as well, which was nice. Gerhard was very communicative and friendly, making the rental process super easy. Would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend!

Second time staying here and both times were great! Just as described, excellent communication, and the views are amazing. Would highly recommend and hope to return again in the near future!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Views of the water and walk ability to restaurants and shops as well as the beach was awesome for our winter weekend getaway! Highly recommend!!

My family and I had an amazing time together in this home. we are so thankful for Gerhard hospitality. He was very attentive and we had all we needed. We will be back to visit again hopefully very soon. The pictures do it no justice. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We could stay out there the whole trip. Thank you again!

Definitely the best view I’ve had while staying in the area! We spent almost the entire time outside on the decks. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Gerhard was VERY responsive to any and all questions or concerns we may have had. His accommodations were only seconded by his attentiveness to making sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.
