Nature & Wildlife Our cabin is professionally serviced by a pest-control team, yet its mountainside setting means you may still see a few of our tiny neighbors—ants, bees, spiders, moths, millipedes, ladybugs, or the occasional field mouse. Consider it part of the Smokies experience! Ladybug Season (Fall / Winter) When temperatures drop, ladybugs flock to warmth and light—windowsills, vents, and cozy corners. The cabin is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival, but new visitors can appear quickly. They’re harmless and will disappear once the season ends. Pet Notes No fenced yard: The sweeping views come first, so you’ll find grassy spots 30-50 ft up the road for walks and potty breaks.
